The objective of DLR Properties Ltd is to secure the sale of the property in a single or phased basis to a preferred bidder that can progress the development of the site as quickly as possible, ensuring a high-quality development of TC3.
Qualifying parties will be invited to review the data room after answering a pre-qualifying questionnaire
Stage 1 The vendor is providing an 8-week period for Candidates to review the data room, to raise queries and to respond to this Request For a Proposal by 5:00 pm on the 29th of June 2026.
Stage 2 Subject to the outcome of Stage 1 and at DLRP’s complete discretion a shortlist of candidates will be invited to participate in Stage 2 of the Expression of Interest process.
Shortlisted Candidates invited to participate in Stage 2 will be contacted to enable a more detailed due diligence to be undertaken in conjunction with commercial negotiation with a view to selecting a preferred proposal and progressing contracts in 2026.
DLRP reserves the right to pause or cease the process at any stage at its complete discretion.
