The Process

The objective of DLR Properties Ltd is to secure the sale of the property in a single or phased basis to a preferred bidder that can progress the development of the site as quickly as possible, ensuring a high-quality development of TC3.

Qualifying parties will be invited to review the data room after answering a pre-qualifying questionnaire, after qualifying the parties will have an 8 week period to review the dataroom and then a Request For a Proposal will be sought by the 29 th June 2026.

After this phase, a meeting will be held with the preferred bidders to discuss their proposal, and a purchaser will be chosen by September 2026 with the sale to be completed in November 2026.
